Paul Ott is the sole Proprietor and Broker of The PAUL OTT Company, a Commercial Real Estate Company, and Licensed in the State of Texas.  Mr. Ott has been involved in leasing and brokerage of commercial properties, including office, retail, industrial and specialty properties, since April 1994.  Mr. Ott represents Tenants, Landlords, Buyers and Owners through an exclusive representation agreement, and offers over four decades of experience through fiduciary relationships, whereby he has always sought a “win-win” negotiated outcome for his clients.  Paul Ott was a founding member of the Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (CTCAR), and served many years on its Board and as its President in 2012.
